Happy Sunday everyone!

I know I keep taking long breaks from blogging and I really miss it but I'll be back soon properly! I've had a bad cold and what not recently and I work so it's hard to fit it in sometimes!

But since it's #InternationalDayOfHappiness - I thought I'd give you all the chance to get to know me a little bit better! I'm going to give you a thorough list of the things that make me happy! with GIFS galore! yep.

So here it goes, in no particular order:

Friends
This is a photo of me and my best friend, of course I have others which I wouldn't be anywhere without, my friends make me incredibly happy!

Films
Who doesn't love a good film? Especially a good comedy, Bridget Jones being a prime example!

Blogging
Of course! But if only I looked this glamourous when I did blog...

Family
Again, only a handful of my family, but I wouldn't be anywhere without them!

Gym
Since joining the gym to help lose weight, I always feel in my element when I'm there, just a motivating atmosphere and I always feel great afterwards!

Blogger Friends
Of course I class these as my regular friends but I met my blogger friends through doing something I love! These two especially I would consider as two of my best friends now as well as the ones from my whatsapp chat! love you guys!

Good Make-up Days
This isn't me obviously, but what girl doesn't love it when you have a good make-up day?

Progress
My most recent progress photo, I strive off progress and results, especially when it comes to my weight!

London
Such a great city! Only been a few times but so much to do and I really want to go back soon!

 My Dog
My dog Alfie, I know he looks like a springer spaniel, but apparently he's a cockapoo? I don't know hahaha, but I love him!

 Lush
Lush baths are the best baths, of course!

  Cosmopolitan
Always an interesting read, best on a train journey with a drink of your choice.

  Cocktails
The best sort of alcoholic beverage... in my opinion!

 F.R.I.E.N.D.S
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a huge friends fan,
Chandler Bing is my spirit animal and I can probably recite most if not all of the lines from probably every episode...

 New York
I've only ever been once but I would love love love to go again!
such an incredible city and looks amazing at night all lit up!
If anyone wants to take me then feel free haha!

There we go, that's the list of things that make me happy!
Things are looking up and I'll post again soon!

Until then,

Evening all!

So I thought I'd share this quick and simple and probably healthier alternative to your takeaway pizza!

It's incredibly quick and simple to make and plus you can put whatever you want on it!

All you need is the following:

A flatbread (feel free to make your own dough, but it is very time consuming!) - This one is a cheese and tomato flatbread from Morrisons which is £1.55!

Mozarella is the best cheese to use in my opinion, as despite cheese being high in fat, it is considered a lower fat cheese and it spreads across easily and you can get balls of mozarella from most good supermarkets for under £1!

I used a variety pack of salami, chorizo and parma ham on mine, this pack you can get again from most supermarkets for under £3 and I also had spinach on it, for a slight green effect which you can get packs from supermarkets for usually under £2.

Price wise this is going to be no more than £8.55 (ish!)

I always put the cheese on last for some good coverage.

Have your oven pre heated between 180-200 degrees C.

about 5-10 minutes in the oven (depending on how well done you prefer it!)

This is the outcome!

Of course you don't have to follow my toppings, you can choose a variety of toppings and make it as simple or as adventurous as you like!

Feel free to make an accompaniment of salad or potato wedges too!

Just a short one tonight but should you give this a try, let me know of your results!

Until next time,
